11.11 Make a Wish! Light and Love Art Class at Tula Yoga

Join us for Art Light and Love class led by Rose Guzman!

Light and Love art classes are personal growth art classes that allow you to explore emotional and personal growth through the safe medium of visual art. In this class you will be led through an experience that allows you to connect with your innermost self, expressing desires, emotions, and connection to intuition through the format of physical 2-D artwork. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple medium options and various visual expressions. This is not “performative art” in which we copy and create the same image, this is a truly personalized experience that allows you to express your experience in a way that feels unique and true to yourself. Throughout the class, Rose will be your guide in exploring these growth opportunities. She will also be your guide in encouraging confidence in your artwork through guidance unique to your personal artistic expression and style. The center of this class is YOU and YOUR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH, first and foremost. Classes will be small with no more than 20 people per class. Classes are available for ALL ages and expertise levels. Various 2-D supplies will be provided with the cost of the ticket, all we ask you bring is an open mindset and willingness to learn :).

Planting the Seeds of Dreams: Wishing on Dandelions

The Dandelion, one of my favorite flowers to play with as a child. Wishes upon wishes blown into the winds through these wispy masterpieces. Did you know that the wisps of dandelions are actually seeds? The dandelion, also known as the milkweed plant has been known as a healing herb for thousands of years. Explore this adventure with me as I guide you into planting and nourishing your wishes into healing dreams come true.

This class will be graciously hosted at Tula Yoga, located at 13954 Central Ave K, Hot Springs, AR 71913 on Monday, November 11, 2024 7:15-8:30 p.m. This event will be following a yoga class from 6-7pm you are welcome to join for the yoga class, but not required. Purchase for yoga class can be made through Tula. Please purchase tickets in advance of event to allow adequate planning of resources.
